BECOMING A VENDOR
In response to recent developments and guidance relating to the spread of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), and in consideration of the health and safety of residents and employees, the Conyers Housing Authority main office will be closed to the public until further notice. We will continue to monitor developments and guidance related to this current situation and make adjustments as needed.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR CONYERS HOUSING AUTHORITY VENDOR APPLICANTS-NON-NEGOTIABLE
All Proposers must submit proof of Policy of General Liability Insurance (i.e. $1,000,000 per occurrence, $1,000,000 aggregate together with damage to premises and fire damage of $50,000), and medical expenses for any one person of $5,000, with a deductible not greater than $1,000.
Worker’s compensation coverage, evidencing carrier and coverage amount.
Copy of Current Year Business License for services in the State of Georgia.
Completed W-9 Form.
Such insurance/licenses shall evidence that coverage applies in the State of Georgia.
Conyers Housing Vendors shall maintain the following insurance coverage, licensing and abide by all governing entities, during the effective term(s) as a Vendor of Conyers Housing.
The Conyers Housing Authority located at 1214 Summer Circle Conyers, GA 30012 is issuing a Request For Proposal (RFP) for legal services in regards to real estate sales & acquisitions. Conyers Housing Authority is looking for a qualified legal firm or qualified legal attorney that has experience with Public Housing Authorities, Non-Profit Corporations, and knowledge of HUD (Housing of Urban Development) rules and regulations, to represent and advise Conyers Housing Authority.
