Solid write-up; you covered the important angles without ever getting lost in the weeds. The middle section especially gave me a clearer way to think about the whole process. I touched on the same subject from a different perspective at bonzofinance.com a little while back.

Reading this felt like a conversation rather than a lecture, which I really value. The practical tips are the kind you can apply today rather than file away for someday. If this was useful, there's a decent chance you'll get something out of bonzofinance.net too.
